By accessing or using the website located at www.southwindsorconcrete.com (the "Site") or by engaging Rollout South Windsor Concrete ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any concrete contracting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Rollout South Windsor Concrete is a concrete contractor based in South Windsor, CT. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, stamped concrete, concrete cutting, and related services. All work is performed in the Hartford County, Connecticut area and surrounding communities.
Information on our Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer or guaranteed scope of work. Actual project scope, specifications, and pricing are determined through on-site consultation and a written contract or estimate.
All estimates and quotes are provided in writing following an on-site assessment of your property. Verbal or telephone quotes are not binding. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may differ from an estimate if site conditions discovered during work differ materially from those present at the time of assessment, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen circumstances such as buried utilities, unstable soil, or hidden structural issues require additional work. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any change that affects the price.
Work is scheduled after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a change to your scheduled date is required.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your written agreement.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or contract. A deposit is typically required prior to scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable Connecticut law. If collection action is necessary, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty provided is stated in your written contract. In the absence of a specific written warranty, our obligation is limited to correcting defects in workmanship that arise within a reasonable time following project completion under normal use conditions.
Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, color variation, and surface changes over time. Minor surface cracking is normal and is not a defect. Damage caused by improper maintenance, deicing chemicals, ground movement, tree roots, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than our company is not covered.
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, Rollout South Windsor Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific project.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting an estimate or contracting our services, including accurate property address, property ownership or authorization, and a description of any known site conditions that may affect the work.
Before work begins, you are responsible for identifying the location of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or buried structures on your property that are not accessible through standard utility marking services. We are not responsible for damage to utilities or structures that were not disclosed or not identifiable through reasonable precautions.
All content on the Site, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Rollout South Windsor Concrete or its content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Rollout South Windsor Concrete related to our services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved with a direct conversation.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in CT in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
